Sipping Into Spring: St‑Germain Cocktails

Pair St‑Germain with ingredients like fresh mint and zesty citrus for an ode to the natural beauty of spring. Here are a few of our favorite cocktails to enjoy this season 💐

ST‑GERMAIN HUGO SPRITZ

INGREDIENTS
• 1 1/2 OZ/45 ML ST‑GERMAIN
• 2 OZ/60 ML MARTINI PROSECCO
• 2 OZ/60 ML SODA WATER
• 8-10 MINT LEAVES
• LIME WEDGE FOR GARNISH
• MINT SPRIG FOR GARNISH

DIRECTIONS
1. Add ice into a wine glass.
2. Pour in St‑Germain and add approximately eight mint leaves.
3. Top with sparkling wine and soda water.
4. Stir the drink to combine all of the ingredients.
5. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge

PROVENCE PALOMA

INGREDIENTS
•1 OZ/30 ML ST‑GERMAIN
•3/4 OZ/22 ML PATRÓN SILVER TEQUILA
•1 1/2 OZ/45 ML ROSÉ WINE
•3 1/2 OZ/105 ML GRAPEFRUIT SODA
•GRAPEFRUIT WEDGE FOR GARNISH

DIRECTIONS
1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Pour in the St‑Germain, tequila and rosé wine.
3. Top the drink up with grapefruit soda.
4. Give the drink a gentle stir.
5. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

FLOWER DROP

INGREDIENTS
•1 OZ/30 ML ST‑GERMAIN
•1 1/2 OZ/45 ML GREY GOOSE VODKA ORIGINAL
•3/4 OZ/22 ML FRESH LEMON JUICE
•1/2 OZ/15 ML SIMPLE SYRUP

DIRECTIONS
1. Pour the St‑Germain, vodka, freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until the drink is nicely chilled.
3. Fine strain the drink into a chilled coupette glass.
4. Gently twist a lemon peel over the drink to release the oil and discard, then garnish with edible flowers (optional).
