ST‑GERMAIN SPRITZ

Light and refreshing, this elegant French spritz is a perfect cocktail to enjoyed on any occasion including brunch, apéritif and dinner.
This cocktail can also be made ahead of time for groups and is great for batching.

St‑Germain Elderflower Liqueur9 oz
Sparkling Water12 oz
Sparkling Wine12 oz

Combine all of the ingredients in a carafe and gently stir. Serve over ice. Makes 5-6 serves.

St‑Germain Elderflower Liqueur1 oz
Bacardi Coconut Rum1 oz
Cucumber-mint Juice¾ oz
Lime Juice¼ oz
Bar spoon Absinthe

Combine all ingredients in a glass and top with Sparkling Wine. Garnish with mint, edible flowers, and nutmeg.
To batch, multiply each ingredient by your number of guests and serve in a large vessel.

cloudy apple juice1 ½ oz
ginger ale2 ¾ oz
