Ingredients: 1 3/4 oz ST‑GERMAIN; 1 1/4 oz BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum; 3/4 oz fresh lime juice; 1/4 oz simple sugar; 1 1/4 oz Sparkling Water; Mint sprig to garnish

iNGREDIENTS

1 3/4 oz ST‑GERMAIN
1 1/4 oz BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1/4 oz simple sugar
1 1/4 oz Sparkling Water
Mint sprig to garnish

dIRECTIONS

Pour St‑Germain, white rum, freshly squeezed lime juice, sugar and mint into a highball glass.
Add crushed ice and churn well.
Add more crushed ice and top with a splash of soda water.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a bio-degradable straw.
