Elderflower Mojito
iNGREDIENTS
- 1 3/4 oz ST‑GERMAIN
- 1 1/4 oz BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/4 oz simple sugar
- 1 1/4 oz soda water
- 8 mint leaves and mint sprig to garnish
dIRECTIONS
- Pour St‑Germain, white rum, freshly squeezed lime juice, sugar and mint into a highball glass.
- Add crushed ice and churn well.
- Add more crushed ice and top with a splash of soda water.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a bio-degradable straw.
